NORTHEAST
MESH ALLIANCE.

No Bars Club is building connections between the mesh communities that already exist. The Northeast Mesh Alliance is a lightweight regional initiative for discovery, cross community coordination, coverage planning and shared infrastructure without asking any community to give up its identity, settings or independence.

THIS IS THE MISSION

NO BARS CLUB ISN’T TRYING TO BUILD ONE GIANT MESH COMMUNITY. WE’RE BUILDING THE CONNECTIONS BETWEEN THE COMMUNITIES THAT ALREADY EXIST.

Independent by designNo ownership, dues or forced rebranding.
Regional coordinationShare coverage information, infrastructure needs and operating knowledge.
Build the gapsIdentify the places between communities where another useful node can matter.
The mission

Connect communities, not control them.

The alliance exists to make neighboring MeshCore and Meshtastic communities easier to discover and easier to collaborate with.

01

Community discovery

Maintain a public Northeast directory so builders can quickly find their closest local group.

02

Coverage coordination

Work across borders on high sites, coverage gaps, observers, maps and useful regional links.

03

Shared knowledge

Cross share deployment lessons, tools, events and technical documentation without creating another gatekeeper.

Expanded regional directory

Find your local mesh.

This directory is cross referenced against the official Meshtastic Local Groups directory plus independent MeshCore, New England and Pennsylvania community resources. Inclusion does not imply endorsement or formal Alliance participation.

Phase one

The Northeast corridor.

Initial coordination is focused on Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine and Delaware.

WEST

Build relationships and practical links along the southwest corridor from Connecticut into the New York metro and Delaware Valley.

NORTH

CT → Western MA → Boston → NH → Maine

Coordinate with existing New England communities and strengthen regional infrastructure where geography makes it useful.

EAST

CT → Rhode Island → Eastern MA

Find coverage gaps and high site opportunities along the southern New England corridor.

Community leaders

LET'S CONNECT THE MESHES.

If you help run a Meshtastic or MeshCore community in the Northeast, we want to know what you're building, where your coverage ends and where collaboration could help. No dues. No takeover. No forced settings. Just useful regional coordination.
