Why we're testing it
Coverage maps become much more useful when they come from actual observations. MeshMapper's wardriving-style approach makes it especially relevant to anyone trying to understand where a local MeshCore network really works.
NBC verdict: pending field miles.
We want repeat drives and walks through the same areas before judging accuracy, usability or contribution value.

Test plan
- Bluetooth reliability while moving
- Automatic GPS ping behavior
- Repeater discovery and signal data
- Battery usage during longer mapping sessions
- How clearly uploaded coverage reflects what was actually heard
Best hardware match
A portable MeshCore companion radio with stable Bluetooth and a properly matched 915 MHz antenna is the obvious test pairing. Fixed repeaters also matter because those are what the app is trying to discover and document.
